Simon is a chartered town planner, with 15 years’ planning consultancy experience advising a wide range of both private and public sector clients.

Having previously worked for several multi-disciplinary practices, Simon has extensive experience in co-ordinating the application process for development schemes of varying scale, working as part of large teams and negotiating with local authorities to secure planning permission. He also provides planning advice and prepares representations in order to achieve site allocations in Local Plans and secure planning permission via appeal.

Outside work, Simon enjoys spending time with his family and the occasional game of darts.
