Q+A Planning has coordinated the planning application and public consultation activities for the redevelopment of a key site in the centre of Crewe. The proposals will deliver a phased development. The first phase comprises a new bus station and multistorey car park. The second phase will deliver a leisure-led mixed-use development including a cinema, bowling alley, gym, restaurants and cafes and public realm enhancements to complement the wider town centre.

Q+A Planning has organised an extensive programme of pre-application engagement with the Local Authority and the wider community.

The proposals have required a careful approach to design and incorporate a Heritage Wall in the car park design which involves extensive input from the local community. It is anticipated that the bus station and car park will be open by Spring 2023 and the entire development completed in 2025.
