Greenwich Magistrates Court

Q+A Planning provided the sequential test evidence in support of a planning application for the refurbishment of the Listed Greenwich Magistrates Court and the development of the surrounding land to provide a new hotel of some 295 bedrooms.

The sequential test required a thorough assessment of sites within Greenwich and the surrounding area, including Deport, North Greenwich, Blackheath, New Cross and Lewisham. This required a detailed assessment of all development opportunities and was undertaken in conjunction with the client and the Local Planning Authority.

Planning permission and listed building consent has now been granted.
