Park Farm, Folkestone

Q+A Planning have advised on the former Silver Spring Bottling Plant premises since 2017. This is a prominent brownfield site in Folkestone which benefits from an employment led mixed use allocation. In 2018, Q+A Planning secured a mixed-use permission to include a hotel and drive through restaurants on phase 1 of the site, which was granted unanimously at planning committee. We have been advising on implementation and deliverability since permission was granted. We are also advising on options for development of the remainder of the site.
