Kemble Enterprise Park

Kemble Enterprise Park is a popular and successful business location covering an area of some 52 hectares to the west of Kemble in Wiltshire, occupying land that was previously the southern part of the former RAF Kemble airfield. The Park comprises a variety of buildings and different types of workspace, the majority of which date from the site’s former use as an airfield and some of which are listed.

A planning team led by Chris Quinsee secured consent for an innovatively designed B8 storage and distribution warehouse with ancillary offices, providing 18,970 sq.m. of high-specification storage and distribution facility and 1,238 sq.m. of ancillary office space. The scheme was complex and sensitive, and required careful negotiation on issues around the highways and access arrangements, and the principle of the development within the curtilage of the Grade II listed former aircraft hangars and buildings.

We are now working with the site owner to secure further consents for new development at the Park.
