Q+A Planning secured planning permission in 2019 for a speculative warehouse building of 38,000 sq.m. on a greenfield site in Armthorpe Doncaster.

The site is close to several large logistics warehouses, 1 km west of by junction 4 of the M8. The warehouse includes an ancillary office element which provides an attractive frontage to the development.

The key issues to be addressed as part of the proposals included highways and accessibility, design and appearance, flood risk, ecology, archaeology and noise and amenity. The council was satisfied the proposals addressed these issues and brought a range of benefits to the area and the local economy. The building was constructed during 2020 and is now let.
