In 2018, we secured planning permission for two warehouse buildings with a total floorspace of 37,000 sq m, on this prominent previously-developed site adjacent to the A50 in Stoke.

Subsequently, and in response to a specific operator requirement, Q+A Planning was instructed to secure a new planning permission on the site of the smaller of the two consented warehouses. We submitted a new full application for a building within Use Class B2, to accommodate an expanded manufacturing facility for a local company. A full application was prepared, supported by a range of supporting reports addressing issues including highways and accessibility, design and appearance, flood risk, ecology, and effects on residential amenity. The application was submitted in November 2020 and consent was granted the following month.
